If you are dissatisfied at the end of any 4-week billing cycle, we will refund that cycle's payment in full — no questions asked. Simply notify us before the start of the next cycle.

Refunds apply to the current cycle only. By choosing to continue into a new billing cycle, you confirm satisfaction with the work completed to that point. Refunds cannot be claimed retrospectively for cycles you have already completed and continued past.
